The Fitness and Wellness coach, Alan Little, provides bespoke plans for people of all abilities who want to maximise their personal wellness and fitness.   Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, become fitter, eat better, learn to swim, cycle, run, climb, canoe, navigate, become stronger or learn how to overcome stress through exercise, I can help you to achieve your goals.

To ensure the coaching is specific to the individual’s requirements an evaluation meeting, fitness evaluation and plan is completed first and subsequently repeated every 8 weeks. 

Alan offers a money back guarantee on each block booking.  If you are not happy with your progress you would receive an immediate refund.   As change takes real commitment, Alan asks for a minimum commitment as detailed below. Options can be cancelled with 7-days’ notice.

 

Package A – £145 per month

The coaching service includes:

  1. Initial consultation and outdoor fitness evaluation 
    2. Four one-hour sessions per month
    3. Regular training feedback and advice 
    5. Nutrition strategies for health 
    6. Options for stress management, goal planning, evaluation 

 

Package B – £285 per month

The coaching service includes:

  1. Initial consultation and outdoor fitness evaluation 
  2. Repeat progress fitness and wellness session every subsequent 8 weeks 
    3. Four-weekly wellness and fitness programme
    4. Regular training feedback and advice 
    5. Nutrition strategies for health 
    6. Options for stress management, goal planning, evaluation 

Your personal Investment options start from £145 / month. Please note: Alan does not provide generic programs or recommend fad diets.  Each program is written to your specific requirements.

 

Who is your coach?

Alan Little is an experienced endurance athlete and multi-sports coach, triathlon coach and cycling coach. He started working in gym instruction in 1991, has completed advanced mountaineering qualifications, led expeditions, taught physical education and competed sport science and leadership units.   He has trained teams to undertake expeditions to the Dolomites of Italy whilst serving with the British Army.  Alan recently competed Ironman events in Ireland and Sweden.  Alan has coached many people to improve fitness and well-being.  For further information or to discuss the coaching service in more detail, contact Alan Little directly on
