Peak Outdoor Trainings Exercise Referral Programme is a physical activity programme inspiring  a lifelong change in physical and mental well-being.  You can self refer or have been referred by your GP.

The Exercise Referral Programme includes 12 weeks of taught and coached sessions of physical activity.

 

Peak Outdoor advocate cycling and walking as the most accessible and beneficial form of exercise.  We also offer a full range of outdoor activities and exercise programmes.

 

The programme includes a full health screening before, during and after, including blood pressure, lung functions, weight and waist circumference checks. There will be unlimited motivational support throughout.

All physical activity programmes are geared towards your individually desired goals, and also give you access to specific“ActiveTransformation” sessions to ensure success.
